Welcome to Rethink Inclusion

Some are differently abled and not any lesser than any of us. We ought to realize the civic duties we owe to persons with disabilities.

Inclusive Elections Fostering Inclusivity

How inclusive are our systems? we run several governmental pronouncements and yet when it comes to the implementations of such pronouncements.

Committed to inclusion Our civic duties

We are committed and have realized that we have a civic duty towards persons with disabilities in our societies. We run systems that are not inclusive and are not conscious of those who depend on our sense of responsibility.

Founder's message

Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Azeezat Yishawu

In a democratic state, it is imperative that the voice of every Nigerian, including the Persons with Disabilities is heard. Also, as part of the democratic process, election is pertinent. Hence, it is most significant that we run an inclusive election.

According to the National Population Commission, people with disabilities make up about 15% of Nigeria’s population. However, despite this significant number, the rights of individuals with disabilities are often overlooked and not adequately protected. This is particularly true when it comes to their right to vote and be voted for.
